Who Sends These Messages

Text messages are sent by David Golden, a trade name operated by PeaceProject.ai, LLC. If you have questions or need to reach us, contact us here or call (424) 484-4994.

SMS Consent Program

We operate one non-marketing informational SMS program. Opt-in is voluntary, unchecked by default, and never bundled with general Terms acceptance.

Non-Marketing Informational Texts

These messages are transactional and informational in nature. You may opt in with the following language shown at the point of form submission:

"I agree to receive non-marketing text messages from David Golden about my inquiry, requested report, consultation confirmations, consultation reminders, and rescheduling links. Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per scheduled consultation or requested report. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to book a call or receive services."

Message types include: consultation confirmations, consultation reminders, rescheduling links, requested report delivery links, and responses to your inquiry.

How Consent Is Collected

Website Checkbox Consent

When you submit our scheduling form, you will see an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Checking it constitutes your consent to receive non-marketing informational texts only. The exact consent language, the page URL, and a timestamp are recorded at the time of submission.

Verbal Consent (Inbound Calls)

If you call us or are connected through our AI voice assistant, we may ask for your verbal consent to send a confirmation, reminder, or requested report by text. Verbal consent is recorded in our CRM along with the call date, the number called from, and the consent scope agreed to.

Consent Metadata We Record

For each SMS opt-in, we retain the following proof-of-consent record:

  • Phone number
  • Consent scope
  • Consent source (web_form or verbal)
  • Exact consent text version presented
  • Page URL where consent was collected
  • Timestamp (date and time)
  • IP address
  • User agent (browser/device)
  • Form submission ID

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Stop or Get Help

  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel all texts from us. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

Data Sharing

SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They are used solely to deliver the messages you consented to receive.
