Terms of Service

1. Services

David Golden ("we", "us", "our") provides fully managed AI marketing services including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), conversion tracking, AI-driven optimization, and voice funnel services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Agreement

By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any assets or access credentials required to deliver the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, branding, or data you provide to us.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, processes, tools, and underlying AI infrastructure. We may reference your engagement as a case study unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, strategies, and data as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver the Services or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

7. No Guarantees

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. We commit to diligent execution of best practices and continuous optimization.

8. Term and Termination

Services run on the schedule agreed in your service agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of all deliverables for which payment has been received in full.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting an SMS opt-in checkbox on our scheduling form or another contact channel, you agree to receive text messages from David Golden (operated by PeaceProject.ai, LLC) at the phone number you provide.

Message categories:

• Non-marketing informational texts — meeting confirmations, meeting reminders, rescheduling links, requested report links, and direct inquiry follow-up. Requires a separate, unchecked opt-in checkbox.
• Marketing and educational texts — recurring tips, reminders, educational content, and occasional service-related offers. Requires a separate, unchecked opt-in checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase or scheduling.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
